really good service and great location!
multiple dining excellent service professional team
The hotel offers multiple dining experiences. i found the team at the executive lounge provided excellent service. i want to thank ruby, matthew, kaya, erato, and another kind staff member whose name i unfortunately forgot. She wore glasses. the cleaning ladies were also very professional and worked very hard ensuring our room was super clean daily.
the elevators could be a little annoying at times.

the concierge team provided assistance and helpful insights throughout our stay. i found the housekeeping staff consistently obliging, addressing our requests with efficiency and a smile. the doormen were friendly.

surprisingly homely stay
homely feeling attentive staff delicious snacks thoughtful touch
the staffs here goes beyond regular duties to ensures everyone feel homely and secured. matthew even sent us a box of snacks when we checked out because we mentioned that the snacks were delicious. i found it very thoughtful and unexpected, a nice touch. the executive lounge team, including ruby and kaya, remembered our preferences and were very attentive to our needs.
the elevators can be annoying as the access cards occasionally dont work, its common seeing frustrating guests struggling to access their floors.

The hotel is near high-end shopping centers and restaurants. Walking there is convenient. there are multiple choices for shopping and dining from luxury brands to local boutiques, therefore guests have easy access.

the beautiful room had one king bed, providing ample space for one or two guests. the room included standard amenities such as a work desk, in-room safe, and a television. the room provides views of the surrounding area.

breakfast featured variety from european to local selections. the executive lounge staff makes very delicious coffee and are attentive. guests can enjoy afternoon tea with drinks and treats from the confectionery shop.

The team at the executive lounge provides excellent services. Ruby, matthew and kaya was very helpful. the cleaning ladies are professional and hardworking, therefore they clean the rooms daily. the laundry service is effective and the concierge are very good.
